Warranty Scope and Duration

The warranty covers: design defects, manufacturing defects, and material defects. Any malfunction caused by manufacturing defects will be repaired according to the approved warranty terms.

EV Battery Main Components Coverage

If capacity drops below 70%: It will be repaired or replaced.

General Instructions and Periodic Maintenance:

Commitment to periodic maintenance is a basic condition for warranty continuity.
Maintenance must be performed at an authorized dealer.
Maintenance Intervals: Every 5,000 KM or 3 Months (whichever comes first). Includes: comprehensive inspection and system updates.
Failure to service your vehicle as recommended by the manufacturer may affect warranty coverage. For clarifications regarding missed maintenance, please contact the dealer.

Warranty Includes:

Warranty Does Not Include:

Misuse.

Warranty is canceled in the following cases:

Using the vehicle in: races, severe off-road conditions, military use.
Using non-genuine parts.
Improper charging.
Performing maintenance outside the authorized dealer.

Warranty does not cover (including rust on body panels):

Natural wear and tear.
Scratches.
Normal battery degradation.
Harsh usage.

Consumable parts include:

Air filters and A/C filters.
Brakes and tires.
12V Battery.

Spare parts warranty upon replacement:

Warranty starts from the installation date.
Does not exceed the vehicle's original warranty.
Using non-genuine parts voids the warranty.

Key information regarding the main battery:

Do not leave the vehicle unused for a long period.
Avoid fully depleting the battery.
Use only the approved charger.

Notes: Battery performance is affected by (temperature, driving style, number of charges).

Charging Guidelines and Warnings:

Use only an original charger and ensure proper grounding (EARTH).
Do not use unsafe extension cords or unapproved chargers.
Do not charge in a humid environment.
Fast Charging: Suitable for emergencies, frequent use may affect battery life.
Preferred: Use standard charging for daily use.
